⚡ FurinaEnterprise 2.1 — Payment Authorization

1. Parties & Services

This notice governs the provision of network and web application stress-testing services (collectively, “Services”) by FurinaEnterprise (“Provider”) to the Client named on the corresponding order/invoice (“Client”). Provider performs only authorized, lawful testing services (L3, L4, L7) pursuant to a signed engagement and strictly within the scope authorized by the Client.

Authorized Testing Capabilities (representative):
UDP: up to 11.3 Tbps
TCP: up to 7.2 Tbps
Layer 7: up to 71M RPS (unprotected); up to 9M RPS (protected)

2. Precondition: Proof of Authorization & Ownership

Before any Services commence, the Client must submit ALL of the following verified documents:

  • Signed Engagement Agreement including scope, windows, contacts.
  • Proof of Domain/Resource Ownership or explicit written authorization.
  • Two (2) DNS TXT Records published per target domain with verification tokens provided by Provider.

3. Timing, Acceptance & Non-Refundable Policy

Client must supply documents and DNS TXT records within 7 days of payment. Failure results in payment treated as non-refundable donation. Services will not proceed until written confirmation is given.

4. Scope & Rules of Engagement

  • Tests limited to assets listed in the signed Engagement Agreement.
  • Testing windows must be coordinated with Client’s designated contacts.
  • Provider may abort tests immediately if unauthorized use or third-party impact is detected.

5. Liability, Indemnity & Limitations

  • Client warrants full authority over specified targets.
  • Client indemnifies Provider against claims arising from lack of proper authorization.
  • Provider’s liability is limited to fees paid. No consequential damages covered.

6. Confidentiality & Reporting

All Client data is confidential. Provider will deliver a written test report upon completion.

7. Cessation, Emergency & Contact

Session: 0561a85f13b7af50a7558b81f88c4d628763810854e746b5c55c425add75966458. Emergency stop procedures follow Engagement Agreement terms.

8. Data Retention & Evidence

Logs may be retained for compliance. Early deletion requests must be submitted in writing.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws in the Engagement Agreement. Disputes resolved per its clauses.

10. Acceptance

By submitting payment without documents and DNS verification within 7 days, Client accepts that payment is treated as non-refundable. No services commence until Provider confirms verification.

For tokens and scope instructions, check the verification email sent to you. If not received, contact support with proof of payment and the session identifier.
